Are Svala gift cards available?
Yes! We offer gift cards from $50 to $500. You can find them here: svala.co/products/gift-card

Does Svala offer Afterpay?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. You can make a request to cancel your order and place a new order if needed. However, once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you do need to cancel an order, please contact hello@svala.co as soon as possible with your order number as we usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of receiving an order (excluding holidays and weekends). We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you can click “Track It” to check on the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any further questions about the status of your order, please contact hello@svala.co so we can help you.
What if an item I would like to purchase is not in stock?
If an item you would like to purchase is not in stock, please join the waitlist for that product and we will email you if and when it comes back in stock.
Does Svala have a recycling program?
Svala products are made to last but if you would like to retire your product for any reason, please email us at hello@svala.co and we will make sure that your bag is recycled.
